Q: How do I confirm my property booking with Bhoomi The Real Estate?
A: All property bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Bhoomi The Real Estate. A property booking is confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount as specified in the payment schedule. Property prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed with the required deposit payment.

Q: What happens if I delay my payment after selecting a property?
A: Bhoomi The Real Estate reserves the right to cancel any booking for which payment has not been received according to the payment schedule. To ensure your selected property remains reserved for you, it's essential to adhere to the payment timeline.

Q: In which currency are property prices quoted?
A: All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the property listing. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion charges or banking fees associated with payments.

Q: What is included in the property price?
A: The price includes only those items specifically stated in the property listing or booking confirmation. Additional services or amenities may incur extra charges. Always review the property specification document for complete details.

Property Pricing:

Q: Can the property price change after I've made the initial deposit?
A: Once a booking is confirmed with the specified deposit, the base price of the property will not change. However, government taxes, stamp duties, or legal charges may vary if changed by governing authorities before the final registration.

Q: Are there additional charges for premium locations within a project?
A: Yes, premium locations within a development project may be subject to additional charges as specified in the booking details.

    A: Corner plots: 10% premium on base price

    A: Park-facing units: 8% premium on base price

A: Final Installment: 30% of the total property value due at the time of possession or as per agreement.

A: All payments must be made through specified banking channels, and cash payments exceeding regulated limits are not accepted as per local financial regulations.

Property Cancellation Refunds:

Q: If I need to cancel my property booking, what refund can I expect?
A: Refund amounts for property cancellations are calculated based on the stage of the project and time elapsed since booking.

    A: Within 15 days of booking: 90% of amount paid will be refunded

A: Bhoomi Techzone reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to provide required content, feedback, or payments as scheduled. In such cases, all payments made to date are non-refundable, and the client will receive all work completed up to the point of termination.
